I have been connected with Haus Rosenbaum since 2008, until the end of 2023 as director of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen meeting centre. Since 1 January 2024, we have been running the house independently as a small family team. Personal care for our guests and a close connection to our home region are at the heart of what we do.

Whether it is a group trip, family break, club outing, meeting or seminar, you will find room to spend time together. Haus Rosenbaum offers 52 beds plus 5 possible extra beds, accommodating up to 57 overnight guests in total. You can book a catered stay or use the house exclusively for your group.
Shared rooms, meeting facilities and nature on the doorstep create space to meet, exchange ideas and relax. We help you plan personally and agree accommodation, catering and additional services with you.

Haus Rosenbaum is part of DH Ferientraum Thüringen. We also arrange and let holiday apartments and accommodation for work-related stays in southern Thuringia and the neighbouring region, including around Schleusingen, Hildburghausen, Suhl, Neuhaus am Rennweg, Ilmenau and Coburg.
